Receiving your Quartix reports
To continue improving our management of your support queries, we have updated the sender email for our reports. This has changed from [email protected] to [email protected].
If you have set up email rules to filter responses from Quartix support into inbox folders, you may need to alter these rules to accommodate the new sender address.
Please be aware that emails to [email protected] won’t be monitored. If you have a support request, you should continue to email [email protected].
