Receiving your Quartix reports
To continue improving our management of your support queries, we have updated the sender email for our reports. This has changed from support@quartix.net to reports@quartix.net.
If you have set up email rules to filter responses from Quartix support into inbox folders, you may need to alter these rules to accommodate the new sender address.
Please be aware that emails to reports@quartix.net won’t be monitored. If you have a support request, you should continue to email support@quartix.net.
