Cambridge, 30 April 2019 – Today Quartix, a global vehicle tracking and telematics services provider, announce that they have won Best Technical Innovation at the 2019 Trade Van Driver Awards. The award is in recognition of demonstrating innovation and outstanding results in the field of telematics.
Trade Van Driver, the UK’s top van magazine for small business users, caters for the owner-driver and small fleet operator and as such its awards are different from others as they are judged not only by the expert panel of journalists at the magazine, but also by a panel of readers who use light commercial vehicles as part of their businesses.
The Trade Van Driver Awards aim to give recognition to the manufacturers, firms and people who, in the opinion of the judges, offer the very best to retail van buyers.
“We’re delighted to have been recognised by one of the leading publications in our industry and to have also impressed an experienced panel of experts,” says Andy Walters, founding member of Quartix and CEO. “Although vehicle tracking technology is a complicated field, the Quartix approach is remarkably straightforward. We help companies of all sizes and working in nearly every business sector to know exactly where their vehicles are and demonstrate how they can manage them even more efficiently. And this is all provided through one easy-to-use website.”
The TVD Awards judges commented about Quartix: “There are any number of telematics firms offering their services to UK traders, but choosing the wrong one is pouring money down the drain. The range of services offered by Quartix is second to none in the judges’ opinion and they had no hesitation in awarding this prize to the firm.”
